Seoul says North, South Korea crisis talks have ended

SEOUL - North and South Korea wrapped up Tuesday marathon talks aimed at ending a tense military standoff, the presidential Blue House in Seoul said.

The negotiations in the border truce village of Panmunjom ended just before 1:00am (1600 GMT Monday), with an announcement expected on the result within an hour, the Blue House spokesman said.
