Star power: Fawad Khan and Maleeha Lodhi spotted at dinner in NYC

Fawad Khan, who's in New York for the launch of a mobile brand, had a very special event on his itinerary last night.

He was invited to attend a dinner hosted by Maleeha Lodhi, Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

Fawad's presence at the dinner, which was attended by people from the Pakistani community in New York, was a 'delight' for the guests.

This isn't the first time Ms. Lodhi has shown her support for Pakistani artistes.

She was equally warm in the praise of the Ragagboyz who performed at the Independence Day celebrations in Long Island earlier this week.

She has been a prominent supporter of Pakistani fashion as well.
